More often than not, I’m cooking for two. So, unless otherwise stated, the recipe’s are for two because I’ve given you exactly what I’ve made. If you want larger portions, just multiply the ingredients accordingly. Obviously, baking and so on I do in dozens or half dozens as the recipe allows. There’s just no point making two muffins, or a quarter loaf of banana bread, if you get my drift. If you notice I’ve not mentioned how many a recipe makes and I should have, please let me know.
